Become a dialogue facilitator for Mir

Do you want to become a dialogue facilitator? MiR will have courses during spring 2023 for dialogue facilitators. It runs over two Sundays, April 30 and May 14, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in MiR's premises. The course is free and after completing 3 modules, you can work for us and have dialogue groups in Norwegian or your native language. We have materials in different languages, but the course for dialogue facilitators is in Norwegian.

Requirements for participation:

- Spoken Norwegian, at least level B1

- Good communication skills in your own mother tongue

- Are open and interested in learning a method for attitude change

- Experience with presentation and teaching can be an advantage, but not a requirement

Become an instructor

If you are a person who wants to make a difference for other people by working with attitude change, you can attend our training and have workshops for us. You can work as a dialogue facilitator in both Norwegian and your mother tongue!
